Abstract:
Bakalářská práce shrnuje dosud známé poznatky o epigenetických regulačních mechanismech v buněčném jádře. Zaměřuje se především na methylaci DNA, kovalentní modifikace histonů, uspořádání chromatinu v jádře a RNA interference. Jednotlivé typy epigenetické regulace podrobně popisuje a zároveň se snaží přiblížit jejich roli v rámci mnohaúrovňového systému regulace genové exprese. Dále práce poskytuje …more
Abstract:
The bachelor work describes current knowledge of main epigenetic regulation mechanisms in the cell nucleus. It targets mostly on DNA methylation, histone modifications, nuclear organisation and RNA interference. Individual types of epigenetic regulation are described here in detail and moreover their interplay and role in the multilevel system of gene expression regulation is discussed.
