Cílem práce je naimplementovat nový algoritmus pro segmentaci tubulárních struktur, jehož autorem je Chen et al. Dalšími cíli práce je vytvořit pro algoritmus interaktivní desktopovou aplikaci a experimentálně vyhodnotit algoritmus na reálných i syntetických obrazových datech. Abstract:
The goal of the thesis is to implement a state-of-the-art tubular structure segmentation algorithm, introduced by Chen et al. in 2019, develop an interactive desktop application for it, and experimentally evaluate it on both real and artificially created image data.
