Tato práce se zabývá studiem aktivity hydrolytických enzymů pomocí piezoelektrického biosenzoru. Hydrolasy, enzymy katalyzující hydrolytickou vazbu, jsou používané v mnoha směrech. Uplatňují se jak v průmyslovém, tak ve výzkumném odvětví. Biosenzor je definován jako zařízení sloužící k detekci chemických látek. This work is investigates activity of hydrolytic enzymes using piezoelectric biosensors. Hydrolases catalyzing hydrolytic cleavage of bonds are used in many ways.
