Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá rôznymi technikami tvorby medzinárodnej kúpnej zmluvy. Princípy tvorby a vzniku zmluvy sú prezentované skrze popis základnej techniky tvorby zmlúv, kedy návrh a akceptácia predstavujú jednoduché dokumenty.
