Rainwater management in the village Tvarožná

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma „Hospodaření s dešťovými vodami v obci Tvarožná“ se věnuje vyhodnocení nakládání s dešťovými vodami v obci a následnému návrhu vhodných zařízení na zadržování a poté využívání dešťové vody na území obce. V rešeršní části došlo k vymezení základních pojmů, které souvisejí s danou problematikou včetně platných legislativních předpisů a norem. V teoretické části jsou dále charakterizovány dešťové vody, jejich retence a využívání. Druhá část práce obsahuje metodiku, kde je popsáno, jakým způsobem byly měřeny plochy střech u vytipovaných budov, zjištění údajů o úhrnech srážek a v neposlední řadě zahrnuje vzorce, podle nichž bylo vypočítáno množství využitelné srážkové vody a objemy navrhnutých retenčních nádrží. Praktická část se zabývá podrobnou charakteristikou zájmového území, za pomocí terénního průzkumu, který byl proveden rekognoskací zájmového území. Výstupem této diplomové práce je návrh retenčních nádrží a způsoby na využívání dešťové vody v obci, konkrétně u budovy Základní školy Tvarožná a dále v areálu Kosmák. Dále byla navrhnuta protipovodňová opatření v problémové lokalitě obce, kde dochází při přívalových deštích ke splachům z polí.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on "Rainwater management in the village Tvarožná" deals with the evaluation of rainwater management in the village and the subsequent design of suitable facilities for the retention and use of rainwater in the village. The research part defined the basic concepts related to the issue, including applicable legislation and standards. The theoretical part further characterizes rainwater, its retention and use. The second part of the thesis is focused on the methodology, it describes how the roof areas were measured in selected buildings, finding data on total precipitation and, last but not least, includes formulas according to which the amount of usable rainwater and volumes of proposed retention tanks were calculated. The practical part deals with the detailed characteristics of the area of interest, with the help of field research, which was carried out by reconnaissance of the area of interest. The output of the diploma thesis is the design of retention tanks and methods for the use of rainwater in the village, specifically at the building of the Primary School Tvarožná and further in the site Kosmák. Furthermore, flood control measures were proposed in the problematic locality of the village, where flushing from the fields occurs during torrential rains.
