Obchodní Model pro Second Life EV Baterií

Abstract:

Tato Diplomová Práce Definuje Business Stream a Business Case jak Využít Baterie z Osobních Automobilů v různých Obchodních Modelech, aby se předešlo jejich Recyklaci v následujících 10 Letech, kdy Ekologický Proces Recyklace nebude možný a Baterie jsou pouze Páleny. Hlavním Cílem je Prodloužení Životnosti Baterií a oddálení Procesu Recyklace na dobu, kdy to bude Profitabilní. ŠKODA je Povinována Recyklací všech EV Vysokonapěťových Baterií a Vytvořením Rezervy ve výši Přesahující 10 Milionů EUR v Následujících 10 Letech. Práce zároveň Popisuje Automobilové Baterie v rámci Cirkulární Ekonomiky. Vypočítané Business Casy se zaměřují na 3 Možnosti (Prodej Baterií, Vytvoření Exklusivního Partnerství a Joint Venture Model) a Objasňuje který Obchodní Model je Nejlepší pro ŠKODU a z jakého Důvodu. Preferované Řešení je "Take-back" Baterií pro 2nd Life a Stavba Alternativních Produktů - Energetických Úložišť.

Abstract:

This Thesis Defines a Business Stream and Business Case how to use the Car Batteries in Different Business Models to Avoid the Recycling within the next 10 Years when a Clean Recycling Process cannot be used and Batteries are being Burned. The Main Goal is to Prolong the Battery Lifecycle and Postpone the Battery Recycling Process to the Future, until it is Profitable. ŠKODA is Obliged to Recycle all the EV HV Batteries and for that to Build a Reserve of more than 10 Million EUR for the Upcoming 10 Years. It also Describes the Circular Economy of the Car Battery. The Calculated Business Cases Concentrate on 3 Options (Selling Batteries Only, Create Exclusive Partnership and Joint Venture Model) and Explains what Business Model is the Best for ŠKODA and Why. The Preferred Solution is to Take-back the Batteries for 2nd Life and Build Alternative Products - Energy Storages.
