Táto práca je venovaná problematike podnikania v oblasti komerčnej bezpečnosti na základe živnostenského zákona č. 455/1991 Z.z. o živnostenskom podnikaní - koncesovanej živnosti. Podávam prehľad podmienok prevádzkovania živnosti v upravených činnostiach. V ďalšej kapitole uvádzam absenciu zákona o súkromných bezpečnostných službách.
