Tato práce se zabývá controllingem, jakožto efektivním nástrojem pro zkvalitnění podnikového řízení. Za úspěchem podniku mimo jiné stojí schopnost včas rozeznat a analyzovat případné problémy. This thesis is about controlling as a efficient tools for improvment of the quality of business management. It is necessary to detect and analyze possible problems in company in time.
