Tato práce je zaměřena na obecné vymezení okolností vylučujících protiprávnost a pojmy důležité k jejich využití. Zaměřuji se zejména na konání v krajní nouzi a v nutné obraně. Specifikuje krajní nouzi a nutnou obranu samostatně, vybočení a překročení jejich zákonem stanovených pravidel. Popisuje jak jejich rozdílné i sodné znaky.
