Payments cards

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce jsou Platební karty. Cílem této práce je analýza trhu platebních karet v ČR se zaměřením na vybraný segment spotřebitelů.Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá základními údaji o platebních kartách. Je zde popsán vznik a vývoj platebních karet, technologie, druhy, náležitosti, ochranné prvky a budoucnost platebních karet. Praktická část obsahuje vyhodnocení dotazníku pod názvem „Používání platebních karet“. Následuje charakteristika vybraného segmentu a porovnání produktů vybraných bank. V závěru bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vybraných produktů, shrnuty výsledky a v několika bodech nastíněné doporučení.

Abstract:

The topic of bachelor work is Payment Cards. The aim of this work is the analysis of the payment cards´market in the Czech Republic with a focus on a selected segment of consumers. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with basic information on payment cards. There is described the origin and development of payment cards, technology, types, requirements, security features and the future of payment cards. The practical part includes an evaluation of the questionnaire entitled "Using payment cards“. The following is characteristic of the selected segment and comparing of products of selected banks. Finally, work is to evaluate selected products, and summarizes the results of several points outlined recommendations.
