Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zavedením metody anti-MCV do běžného provozu laboratoře. V rámci praktické části byla metoda řádně validována a verifikována a bylo provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení využívané diagnostické sady od výrobce ORGENTEC. Výsledky této práce ukázaly, že je metoda vhodná pro použití v běžném provozu laboratoře. V poslední části je porovnána senzitivita a specifičnost metody anti-MCV …more
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of the anti-MCV method into the routine laboratory operation. In the practical part, the method was properly validated and verified, and an economic evaluation of the diagnostic kit from ORGENTEC was performed.
