Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních části, první část je teoretická, druhá praktická a třetí analytická. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny hlavní definice, předpisy a pojmy související s údržbou, cykly oprav, životnost staveb, zjišťování a vyhodnocování fyzického stavu budov.
