Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce řeší zpracování projektové dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení pro rekonstrukci bývalého lázeňského domu v ulici Pod Jelením skokem v Karlových Varech. Jedná se o návrh nových dispozic bytových jednotek a kanceláří, popis stavebních úprav a o celkovou rehabilitaci objektu. Práce se dále zabývá statickým posouzením vybraných konstrukcí. This diploma thesis deals with project documentation for building permission, which is needed for a reconstruction of a former spa house in Pod Jelenim skokem Street in Karlovy Vary. It includes a design of the new flat units and offices, description of building adjustments and an overall reconstruction of the building.
