Cílem této práce je shrnout dosavadní vývoj v oblasti daňové konkurence a zhodnotit její vliv na globalizovaný svět. Prvně vymezíme důležité pojmy globalizace a daňová konkurence. Poté práce popíše čím a kdy byla daňová konkurence spuštěna a jakým směrem se ubírá dnes. The object of this thesis is to summarize the recent developments in tax competition and to assess its impact on the globalized world. First, we will define important phases - tax competition and globalization. Then, we will describe when and how tax competition was triggered and what are the trends today.
