Bakalářská práce analyzuje silné a slabé stránky podniku GUARANT International, s.r.o. v České republice a hledá doporučení pro zlepšení efektivnosti vybraných dosavadních a nových metod projektového managementu. Bachelor's thesis analyzes the weaknesses of GUARANT International, s.r.o. in Czech Republic and seeks recommendations for improving the efficiency of selected current and new methods of project management.
