Tato diplomová práce je vypracována pro společnosti GE Money Auto, a. s. a GE Money Multiservis, a. s. Hlavním důvodem jejího zpracování je potřeba zvýšit konkurenceschopnost firmy pomocí CRM systému neboli řízení vztahů se zákazníky. This dissertation has been made for GE Money Auto and GE Money Multiservis, company. The main reason for compilation of this disertation is the need to increase competitiveness of GE company with the assistance CRM system or the management of relationship with customers.
