Analysis of natural and migrational dynamics of poopulation in districts Plzeň-city, Plzeň-south, Plzeň-north and Rokycany (1981-2005)

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se zabývám analýzou vývoje obyvatelstva v okresech Plzeň-město, Plzeň-jih, Plzeň-sever a Rokycany v letech 1981?2005. Vycházím z přirozeného přírůstku obyvatelstva a migračního salda obyvatelstva, tedy ze základních geodemografických ukazatelů. V první části práce popisuji metody a objasňuji základní pojmy, které jsou použity a vysvětluji, pro tuto práci stěžejní, Webbovu metodu a vymezení zkoumaného území (porodnost, úmrtnost, migrace, okres atd.). Ve druhé části je stručná charakteristika Plzeňského kraje a zkoumaných okresů Plzeň-město, Plzeň-jih, Plzeň-sever a Rokycany, jejich fyzickogeografický popis, nastíněn vývoj sídelní struktury, vývoj počtu obyvatelstva a jeho struktury (počet obyvatel v předproduktivním, produktivním a postproduktivním věku, poměr mužů a žen v obyvatelstvu atd.). V příloze je pak ještě přehled územních změn, které ve sledovaném období mezi lety 1981?2005 v daném území proběhly (slučovaní obcí, vznik nových obcí, přesuny obcí mezi okresy). Ve třetí části je samotná analýza dynamiky obyvatel výše zmíněných okresů. Popisuji změny typů obcí dle Webba, přírůstkové typy obce nebo úbytkové typy obce, zda je kladný nebo záporný přirozený přírůstek a migrační saldo. Hodnocení je prováděno v pětiletých cyklech. V závěru se snažím o zhodnocení získaných informací a formulaci hlavních znaků dynamiky obyvatel daných okresů.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis I focus on the analysis of the population trends in years 1981?2005 in certain districts - Plzeň, Plzeň-south, Plzeň-north and Rokycany. I start from the natural population growth and migration balance, which are the basic pointers of demography and geography of population. In the first part of the thesis I describe the methods are explains the basic concepts that are used and explain Webb?s method and I delimit borders surveyed territory (fertility, mortality, migration, distrikt etc.). The second part is brief characteristic of Plzeň region and analyzed districts Plzeň, Plzeň-south, Plzeň-north and Rokycany. It contains their physical geography description, development of settlement structure, development of population and its structure (population of the pre-productive, productive and post-productive age, male/female ration in the population etc.). Then there is an overview of regional changes in the years 1981?2005 (municipalities merging, creation of new municipalities, municipal movements among districts) which were in progress during these years In the third part there is the analysis of the population dynamics of the districts mentioned above. I describe changes of municipality types by Webb, increasing or decreasing types of municipalities, if there is positive or negative natural increase and migration balance. The evaluation is done in five-year cycles. In the conclusion, I try to evaluate the obtained information and formulate the main characteristics of the population dynamics of the districts.
