Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o trestném činu znásilnění, který patří mezi trestné činy proti lidské důstojnosti v sexuální oblasti. Jejím zpracováním přináším důležité informace o závažnosti tohoto trestného činu pro laickou veřejnost. This bachelor thesis deals with the crime of rape, which is one of the crimes against human dignity in the sexual field. By processing it, I bring important information about the seriousness of this crime to the general public.
