Tato diplomová práce popisuje a analyzuje legislativní vývoj trestního práva mladistvých na území dnešní České republiky. V první části se práce zabývá nejstaršími, středověkými právními prameny. This thesis describes and analyses the development of juvenile crime law in the territory of the Czech Republic. Its first part deals with the oldest medieval sources of the law. Then, the thesis covers the Austrian kaisers’ codifications of criminal law. Next part’s topic is Czechoslovakia and its first juvenile criminal justice Act.
