Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá komparací regulace pojišťovnictví v EU, resp. ČR a USA. Práce vychází ze základních pojmů a důvodů výkonu regulace a dohledu. Dále se zabývá výkonem regulace v EU, resp. ČR a USA. Následuje porovnávání výkonu regulace v EU a USA a vymezení trendů v oblasti regulace. Závěr práce shrnuje a hodnotí zjištěné přínosy a negativa současného výkonu regulace a dohledu. The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the regulation of the insurance industry in EU, respectively CZ and USA. Thesis is based on the basic concepts and reasons for regulation and supervision. It also deals with the performence of regulation in EU, respectively CZ and USA.
