Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů, zhodnocení současného stavu řízení nákladů společnosti ITC, a. s. Teoretická část se zabývá poznatky z oblasti nákladů, kalkulací a rozpočtů. Analytická část se skládá z představení společnosti, následuje zhodnocení současného stavu řízení nákladů a provedení rozboru nákladových položek.
