Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku hodnocení odolnosti a zabezpečení měkkých cílů. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny základní informace, strategické a koncepční do-kumenty, základní pojmy v oblasti bezpečnosti, metody a možnosti zvýšení bezpečnosti a odolnosti měkkých cílů. The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of assessing the resilience and security of soft tar-gets. In the theoretical part of the thesis, basic information, strategic and conceptual docu-ments, basic terms in the field of security, methods and possibilities for increasing security are presented and resilience of soft targets.
