Abstract:

Téma bakalářské diplomové práce je problematika zabývající se působením učitele v malotřídní škole. Jak učitelé ve své práci vnímají specifika malotřídní výuky a jaký má tato forma výuky vliv na celé prostředí malotřídky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. První, teoretická část se věnuje problematice malotřídních škol, formě malotřídní výuky a v závěru je vymezen prostor samotné tématice působení učitele v malotřídní škole. Druhá, empirická část se zabývá metodologií a popisem výzkumného šetření a dále pak výsledky získaných dat šetření, skrze polostrukturované rozhovory s malotřídními učiteli.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the influence of teacher in small school with composite classes. How teachers perceive the specifics of education in small school with composite classes and how this form of education influences the environment in this type of school. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part deals with the problems of small schools with composite classes, their forms of education and, in the end, it deals with the influence of teacher in small school with composite classes. The empirical part includes the methodology and the description of the research and its results gained through interviews with teachers from small schools with composite classes.
