Inspection of the Crime Scene

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována tématu ohledání místa činu, jako souhrnu základních kriminalisticko-taktických a technických postupů sloužících k zajišťování stop nacházejících se na místě trestného činu a jedné z části přípravného trestního řízení. Je zde pojednáno o postupu na místě činu, o metodách a taktice ohledání místa činu, o jeho zásadách, a také o druzích dokumentace ohledání místa činu. Okrajově se zde hovoří i o dalších druzích ohledání.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is devoted to inspection of crime scene as an aggregate of basic criminalistic-tactical and technical methods serving for security of the traces at crime scene, and as part of preliminary criminal proceedings. It deals with the procedure at crime scene, methods and tactic of crime scene inspection and its principles as well as the documentation types. Marginally, the thesis mentions other types of inspection.
