Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem na pracovišti a stresory, které tento stres vyvolávají, a to v konkrétní firmě, která se zabývá výrobou zdravotnických pomůcek. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je seznámení se s pojmy stres a stresor. Dále má tato část seznámit s druhy stresu, příznaky stresu, dopady a zvládání stresu na pracovišti. Cílem praktické části je zjistit pomocí dvou dotazníků míru stresu zaměstnanců a zároveň odhalit hlavní stresory, které se ve vybrané firmě vyskytují. Dotazníky zjistily, že ve firmě převažuje únosná míra stresu, a že nejvíce vyskytujícími se stresory zde jsou nepravidelný 3 směnný provoz, hluk a neúměrné ohodnocení za vykonanou práci. Na základě získaných informací z obou dotazníků jsou navržena určitá doporučení pro eliminaci stresu ve firmě, ale i pro snížení stresu u zaměstnanců s vysokou mírou stresu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with workplace stress and the stressors that cause this stress in a specific company that deals with the production of medical devices. The aim of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is to get acquainted with the concepts of stress and stressor. Furthermore, this part is to introduce the types of stress, symptoms of stress, impact and management of stress in the workplace. The aim of the practical part is to find out the stress level of the employees using two questionnaires and also to reveal the main stressors that occur in the selected company. The questionnaires revealed that a tolerable level of stress prevails in the company and that the most prevalent stressors there are irregular 3-shift operation, noise and disproportionate remuneration for work done. Based on the information gathered from both questionnaires, some recommendations are proposed to eliminate stress in the company, but also to reduce stress in employees with high stress levels.
