The thesis deals with the study of economic approach to human behavior. With application of mathematical apparatus it analyses the theory of household. Práca sa zaoberá štúdiom ekonomického prístupu k ľudskému správaniu. S využitím matematického aparátu analyzuje teóriu domácností. Prvá kapitola predstavuje hlavného zástancu týchto analýz, Gary S. Beckera. Nasledujúce dve kapitoly obsahuje základné pojmy z matematickej ekonómie, psychológie, sociológie a analyzujú domácnosť jednotlivca. Štvrtá časť sa venuje teórii manželstva.
