Recovery of Non-performing Loan Products Corporate Clients

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou vymáhání pohledávek a prevencí vzniku problémových pohledávek. Jejím cílem je analyzovat možné způsoby vymáhání, navrhnout možná zlepšení a tím zvýšit efektivitu vymáhání. Práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. V úvodní teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace týkající se úvěrových obchodů a úvěrové produkty pro firemní klienty. Druhá kapitola popisuje řízení úvěrových obchodů spolu se základními typy rizik, možnosti minimalizování úvěrových rizik, klasifikace pohledávek a metodu řízení a měření rizik dle Basel II. Třetí část práce obsahuje možné typy zajišťovacích instrumentů a možnosti zajištění úvěrů. Čtvrtá část popisuje prevenci vzniku a předcházení problematických pohledávek, jsou uvedeny možnosti jak zkvalitňovat a kde čerpat důležité informace o klientech. V páté praktické části jsou analyzovány možnosti a způsoby, jak dluh vymáhat a jak banky řeší pohledávky za dlužníky. Vymáhání je rozděleno do čtyř fází spolu s procesy, které jsou její součástí. Na závěr navrhuji možná zlepšení a řešení nedostatků během vymáhání.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the problems of debt recovery and the prevention of problematic debt origin. Its aim is to analyse the possible ways of extortion, to propose likely improvement thereby to increase the extortion effectiveness. The paper is divided into five parts. The introductory theoretical part describes the basic information relating to credit transactions and credit products for corporate clients. Credit transaction management along with the basic risk types, possibilities of transaction risk minimizing, debt classification and the method of managing and measuring according to Basel II are recounted in the second part. The third one involves the possible ways of securing instruments and the possibilities of credit security. The prevention of origin and the preventing of problematic debts are described in the fourth part. The possibilities of enhancement and the sources of important information about clients are stated as well. The fifth part analyses options and ways of debt recovery. It also describes the approach of banks to solve debts. Extortion is divided into four phases along with the necessary processes. Possible improvement and solution of imperfection while extorting are proposed at the end of the bachelor thesis.
