Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je hodnocení energetických ztrát budov, jehož výsledkem je vydání Průkazu energetické náročnosti budov. Práce se zabývá pouze tepelnými ztrátami, a nikoliv dalšími faktory ovlivňujícími průkaz energetické náročnosti. V první části práce je stručně vysvětleno, co vlastně zkratka PENB, a vůbec tento pojem znamená, důvody použití a základní výpočetní metody k jeho sestavení. Jsou provedeny podkladové výpočty a následné zařazení domu do odpovídající energetické kategorie. V další části je popsán modelový objekt, na kterém bylo provedeno měření termokamerou, jsou identifikovány problémy s tepelnými mosty a navržena opatření k odstranění přetrvávajícího problému.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of energy losses of buildings, the result of which is the issuance of the Building Energy Performance Certificate (BEPC). The thesis deals only with heat losses and not with other factors influencing the Energy Performance Certificate. In the first part of the thesis, it is briefly explained what the abbreviation BEPC actually means, and in general this term means, the reasons for its use and the basic computational methods to compile it. The underlying calculations are made and the subsequent classification of the house into the corresponding energy category. The next section describes the model object on which the measurement was made with a thermal camera, identifies problems with thermal bridges and suggests measures to eliminate the persistent problem.
