Modelling of biodegradable processes

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá procesem zpracování biologicky rozložitelného odpadu v bioplynových stanicích. Popisuje zejména anaerobní digesci, která je hlavním tématem této práce. Dále tuto problematiku rozebírá na zvolené bioplynce. V práci je uvedeno několik modelů a soustava diferenciálních rovnic popisující proces anaerobní digesce. V těchto zvolených modelech a rovnicích se pracuje s reálnými daty na základě kterých se modeluje růst a rychlost biodegradace ve fermentorech. Toto modelování probíhá v softwaru Maple z jehož výsledků se dá ověřit vhodnost použitých modelů ve zvolených případových studií.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the processing of biodegradable waste in biogas plants. Describes mainly anaerobic digestion, which is the main topic of this work. Furthermore, this issue is discussed on the selected biogas plants. This thesis presents several models of a system of differential equations describing anaerobic digestion process. In these selected models and formulas is worked with real data on which is the growth and rate of biodegradation in fermenters modeled. This modeling is done in software Maple from whose results can verify the suitability of the models in selected case studies.
