Abstract:
Téma této bakalářské práce je zaměřeno na oceňování věcných břemen. Práce má celkem 3 části: teoretickou, praktickou a analytickou. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem věcného břemene, dále je popsán vznik, změna, zánik, obsah, promlčení a ocenění věcných břemen. V praktické části je vypracováno ocenění dvou objektů. The topic of this thesis is focused on the valuation of easements. The thesis has three parts: theoretical, practical and analytical. In the theoretical part explains the concept of an easement, further describes the creation, modification, termination, content, forfeiture and awards easements.
