Abstract:

Je jen málo tak fascinujících odvětví lidské činnosti jako je letectví. Tento obor, jak jej známe dnes, se během neuvěřitelně krátkého období rozrostl do velikého množství přidružených či nezávislých oblastí. Všechny tyto úzce specializované technické obory by se nemohly rozvinout do takové míry bez náležité jazykové podpory – specializované terminologie. Tato práce se soustřeďuje na úzkou oblast letecké terminologie, konkrétně na názvosloví používané ve sféře řízení letového provozu a letových informačních služeb tak, jak jsou využívány v rámci podniku Řízení letového provozu České Republiky (ŘLP ČR s.p.).

Abstract:

There are only a few fascinating areas of human activity such as aviation. Aviation as we know it today has developed during an incredibly short period of time into a large number of independent and associated disciplines. All these specialized scientific areas would not develop to such an extent without an adequate language support – the specialized terminology. The current thesis focuses on the specialized aviation terminology, specifically in the field of air traffic control and flight information services, as it is used within the Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic (ANS CR).
