Cílem diplomové práce je rozebrat aktuální problematiku zapojení legálně ozbrojených občanů do boje proti terorismu. V teoretické části bude uvedena nezbytná terminologie a pozornost bude věnována právnímu prostředí. Dále bude popsán terorismus se zaměřením na individuální džihád. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the current issue of involvement of legally armed citizens in the fight against terrorism. The theoretical part will include the neces-sary terminology and attention will be given to the legislative framework. Next will be also described terrorism with a focus on individual jihad.
