Bakalárska práca má za cieľ zistiť rozdiely leadershipu medzi ziskovým a neziskovým sektorom, pomocou skúmanie výskumov, týkajúcich sa tejto problematiky a výskumom vo vybranej ziskovej a neziskovej organizácii.
