Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce popisuje dvě hlavní oblasti: děti se učebními odlišnostmi v dnešních třídách a roli začínajícího učitele ve výukovém systému. Tato diplomová práce vysvětluje, jaká jsou hlavní specifika začínajícího učitele, jak se začínající učitel liší od zkušeného učitele, jakým způsobem se vyrovnává s vedením třídy a se specifickými poruchami učení. Tato práce nabízí také porovnání pohledů začínajícího učitele a učitele více zkušeného. Tato diplomová práce bude rozdělena na dvě hlavní části – teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část bude nejprve popisovat specifické poruchy učení, poté fenomén začínajícího učitele, jeho přeměnu z fakultního učitele na samostatného učitele v jeho vlastní třídě a diferencované instrukce v běžné třídě, spolu s třídním managementem. Praktická část bude zahrnovat plán hodiny zahrnující diferencované instrukce, , dvě nahrávky hodin učené autorkou této práce, náslechy čtyř hodin, dvou učených začínajícími učiteli a dvě učené zkušenými učitelkami, rozhovory se začímajícími i zkušenými učiteli a výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Tato práce si klade za cíl pomoci začínajícím učitelům, kteří se nalézají v situaci, kdy potřebují poradit se žáky se specifickými poruchami učení v jejich vlastní třídě, pro rodiče, kteří hledají vysvětlení nebo vodítko a v neposlední řadě pro fakultní učitele, kteří hledají inspiraci.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis describes two main areas, children with learning differences in nowadays classes and the role of a novice teacher in an educational system. This thesis explains what are the main specifics of a novice teacher, how the novice teacher differs from the experienced teacher and how is he dealing with class management and special educational needs. This thesis also offers the comparison of a point of view of a novice teacher and more experienced teacher. This diploma thesis will be divided into two main parts. – theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part will describe firstly specific learning disabilities, then the phenomenon of a novice teacher, his transition from teacher trainee to an independent teacher in his own class and differentiated instruction in a regular class together with class management. Practical part will include a lesson plan incorporating differentiated instructions, two tape scripts of a lesson taught by the author of this thesis, observation of four lessons – two taught by novice teachers and two by experienced teachers, interviews with novice teachers as well as experienced teachers and the results of the survey. This thesis aims to help the novice teachers who find themselves in a situation when they need to deal with pupils with specific learning disabilities in their own classes, the parents who are looking for some kind of explanation or a guide and lastly to the teacher trainees who are looking for an inspiration.
