Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou daňových aspektů hmotného a nehmotného majetku u společnosti s ručením omezeným, která je pro existenci firmy velmi důležitá. Teoretická část práce definuje tyto aspekty dle platných právních předpisů, praktická část se zabývá jejich rozborem. Cílem této odborné práce je nalezení daňových rizik, včetně formulace doporučení k eliminaci potenciálních chyb.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of tax aspects of tangible and intangible assets in a limited liability company, which is very important for the existence of the company. The theoretical part of the thesis defines these aspects according to valid legal regulations, the practical part deals with their analysis.
