Motivation for Volunteering in Volunteers 50+
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací k dobrovolnictví u dobrovolníků starších 50 let ve vybrané neziskové organizaci. V teoretické části práce byly vymezeny pojmy dobrovolnictví, motivace a specifika věkové kategorie 50+. V rámci kvantitativního výzkumu bylo zkoumáno deset faktorů, které mohou dobrovolníky motivovat k výkonu dobrovolnické aktivity.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is about the motivation for volunteering in volunteers older than 50 years in a selected non-profit organization. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concepts of volunteering, motivation and specifics of the age category 50+. As part of quantitative research, ten factors were examined that can motivate volunteers to perform volunteer activities.
