Táto diplomová práca analyzuje vplyv skráteného pracovného času na zamestnanosť. Začína sa s historickým prehľadom pracovného času a poskytuje vysvetlenie klesajúceho trendu pracovného času pozorovaného v OECD krajinách a zvlášť v Českej Republike. This thesis analyses the impact of reduced working hours on employment. It begins with a historic overview of working time and provides an explanation for the decreasing trend in the working hours observed in OECD countries and particularly in the Czech Republic.
