Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza barier, které brání většímu začlenění osob v předdůchodovém věku na trhu práce z hlediska zaměstnavatelů. V teoretické části líčím důvody, proč by měly osoby staršího věku co nejdéle setrvat v zaměstnání. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of barriers that prevent greater integration of persons before retirement age in the labour market in terms of employers. In the theoretical part describes the reasons of seniors, why should elderly as long as possible to remain in employment.
