Laboratory workplace with thyristor rectifier

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením laboratorního přípravku s reverzačním tyristorovým usměrňovačem SINAMICS DCM od firmy Siemens pro napájení stejnosměrných motorů. V úvodu je teoretický rozbor reverzačních usměrňovačů, možnosti jejich řízení a regulace otáček. Další částí v práci je popis a realizace návrhu jednotlivých částí přípravku. Součástí je také popis realizace elektrického zapojení silové a ovládací části usměrňovače. Úkolem bylo vytvořit laboratorní přípravek, tudíž bylo nutné nejdříve popsat ovládání Základním ovládacím panelem usměrňovače BOP20 a poté byl usměrňovač parametrizován. Následuje přesný postup parametrizace a výčet nejdůležitějších zadaných parametrů. Součástky na ovládacím prvku byly parametrizovány, aby sloužily k ovládání usměrňovače. Ovládání přes ovládací prvek je popsáno v poslední kapitole této práce. Nakonec je uveden návrh, popis a vypracování několika vzorových měření, čímž byla ověřena funkčnost přípravku. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny výsledky.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the creation of the laboratory product with reversing thyristor rectifier SINAMICS DCM from company Siemens for supplying DC motors. In the introduction is theoretical analysis of reversing rectifiers, options of their control and speed control. Another part of the thesis is description and realization of design of individual parts of the product. Also included is a description of the realization of electrical wiring power and control part of the rectifier. The task was to create a laboratory product therefore it was necessary to first describe the control of the Main control panel of rectifier and then was the rectifier parameterized. Follow the exact procedure of parameterization and a list of the most important specified parameters. Components on the control panel were parameterized to serve to control the rectifier. Control over the control element is describe in the last chapter of this work. Finally is indicated design, describe and processing of few sample measurements whereby was verified the functionality of the product. At the end are results evaluated.
