Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou závaznosti rozhodnutí Soudního dvora EU. V první části dochází k popsání druhů závaznosti a porovnání přístupu k judikatuře v kontinentálním a angloamerickém systému práva. Následně je rozebrána závaznost výkladových rozhodnutí Soudního dvora, ukázán přístup českého ústavního soudu a jsou porovnány účinky rozhodnutí Soudního dvora s účinky precedentu. This thesis deals with the issue of binding effect of the decisions of EU Court of Justice. The first part analyses different types of bindingness and balance approach to case law in continental law against the common law system.
