Analysis of Options to Streamline Production Value Streams of Industrial Valves in a Selected Company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi zefektivnění hodnotových toků konkrétního segmentu výrobků ve vybrané firmě. Náplní teoretické části jsou literárně zpracované poznatky autorů, zabývající se problematikou hodnotových toků a výrobního procesu. Ty jsou pak zužitkovány v druhém úseku praktické části, jejíž součástí je analýza výrobního procesu, které předchází seznámení se společností. Závěrem práce jsou shrnuty nedostatky týkající se výrobního procesu, identifikované během odborné praxe za pomoci analýzy výrobního procesu a vznesen návrh na adekvátní opatření, jež napomohou k jeho zlepšení.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis analyzes options to streamline production streams of a specific product in a selected company. The content of the theoretical part is comprised of literature processing of authors' findings that deal with the problems of the value streams and a manufacturing process. These findings are utilized in the second section of the practical part in this thesis, which also contains the manufacturing process analysis that precedes the familiarization with the selected company. In conclusion, drawbacks of the aforementioned subject, identified during the bachelor's practice and detected with the analysis of the is-sue, are summarized. A proposal for suitable measures to help improve this manufacturing process was submitted.
