The role of controlling in Evinet company a. s. with respect to maximalization of profit

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis I focus on management analysis of the Envinet a.s. company, mainly on evolution of current controlling and I try to suggest possible improvements. My bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part general terms of controlling are mentioned and discussed. Practical part then contains information about Envinet a.s. Based on the theoretical knowledge I analyze the management of the company and suggest particular precautions that would lead to maximal profit.

Abstract:

Ich beschäftige mich in meiner Bakkalaureatsarbeit mit einer Führungsanalyse der Firma Envinet a.s., vor allem mit Bewertung des bestehenden Controllings, und bemühe mich um Gewährung guter Verbesserungsvorschläge. Meine Arbeit ist in zwei Teile gegliedert - theoretischer und praktischer Teil. In dem theoretischen Teil werden die Grundbegriffe des Controllings eingeführt. Der praktische Teil stellt die Information über die Firma Envinet a.s. zusammen. Und dann auf Grund der theoretischen Erkenntnisse analysiere ich die Firmenführung und schlage eine konkrete Maßnahme vor, die die Firma zur Gewinnmaximierung führt.
