HPLC/MS Determination of Symmetric and Asymmetric Dimethylarginine in Human Plasma
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá stanovením symetrického a asymetrického dimethyl-L-argininu. Oba jsou potenciálními biomarkery řady onemocnění. Ke stanovení byla využita vysokoúčinná kapalinová chromatografie s tandemovou hmotnostní detekcí. Separace probíhala na koloně Arion Polar C18 určené pro reverzní fáze. Hmotnostní spektrometr se skládal ze tří kvadrupólů s ESI ionizací.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the measuring of asymmetric and symmetric dimethyl-L-arginine. Both are potential biomarkers for a lot of diseases. High performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass detection was used. Separation was run on the column Arion Polar C18 determined for reverse phase liquid chromatography. Mass spectrometry had a triple quadrupole and the ESI ionization.
