Job interview from the perspective of human resources

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vedení přijímacích pohovorů, které jsou důležitou činností každého náboráře. Teoretická část se nejprve bude ze začátku zabývat tím, jak by si správně měli personalisti nadefinovat a vybírat potencionální uchazeče. Následně budou vysvětleny jednotlivé postupy při vedení pohovorů, díky kterému lze pak v praktické části vytvořit a navrhnout správný proces při výběru a získávání nových pracovních sil.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on conducting job interviews, which are an important activity of every recruiter. The theoretical part will first deal with how personnel should properly define and select potential candidates. Subsequently, the individual procedures for conducting interviews will be explained, thanks to that it is then possible to create and propose the right process in the selection and recruitment of new workers in the practical part.
