Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá horskou turistikou a horskými spolky v Beskydech od konce devatenáctého století do poloviny dvacátého století. V první části se věnuje obecným aspektům turistiky, jako obdobím před vznikem organizované turistiky, pojmu turista, definici spolku a spolkové činnosti a jmenováním tehdejších nejvýznamnějších turistických spolků v Beskydech. This diploma thesis focuses on mountain tourism and mountain clubs in the Beskids Mountains from the end of the 19th century to the 1950s.
