Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem překážek v práci na straně zaměstnance s cílem poukázat na změny právní úpravy, která nabyla účinnosti roku 2022. The thesis deals with the topic of obstacles at work on the employee's side with the aim of pointing out the changes in the legal regulation that took effect in 2022. Part of this work is also the processing of the effects on individual institutes of labor law that are influenced by obstacles at work, and a comparison of the greatest differences between the Czech and Slovak Labor Code.
