The influence of the media on the effectiveness of altimetry learning: an experimental comparison of collaborative teaching in immersive virtual reality
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá efektivitou učení v kolaborativní imerzivní virtuální realitě. Na základě teoretických východisek, jako je Mayerova kognitivní teorie multimediálního učení byl navržen experimentální design, v jehož rámci dochází k porovnání imerzivní a neimerzivní virtuální reality jako médií pro zprostředkování kolaborativní lekce, zaměřené na výuku výškopisu.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the effectiveness of learning in collaborative immersive virtual reality. Based on theoretical background, such as Mayer's cognitive theory of multimedia learning, an experimental design was proposed, which compares immersive and non-immersive virtual reality as a medium for mediating a collaborative lesson focused on teaching altimetry.
