Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem majetkových a sociálních poměrů poddanského obyvatelstva Jenišovické rychty v raném novověku mezi lety 1600-1750. Prvořadým pramenem pro analýzu této problematiky byly dochované pozemkové knihy rohozeckého panství, které pomohly hlouběji proniknout do transferů selských nemovitostí. První část práce je věnovaná popisu a zhodnocení užitých pramenů, druhá část se zabývá rozborem a následným popisem držby jednotlivých gruntů. Poslední část je postavená na analýze ostatních zjištěných údajů, jako je způsob nabytí a splacení usedlosti, obsah předávaného inventáře, přechod na výměnek a přehled dalších obyvatel domácnosti.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the property and social situation of the vassals of the Jenišov territory in the early modern period between the years 1600-1750. The main source for the analysis of the topic is the agrarian books of the Rohozec domain which helped to get a deeper insight into rural estate transfers. The first part of the thesis evaluates the sources used; the second part analyses and describes the ownership of farm lands. The last part analyses other data obtained like the means of acquiring and repaying a property, the inventory transferred from one owner to another, the movement of the previous owner to a "retirement house" and the information about all the household members.
