Obsahom bakalárskej práce je problematika základných ľudských práv a slobôd upravených v Ústave SR, ich podrobná analýza ako aj historický vývoj a pôvod Ústavy SR. Ďalej sa rozoberajú aj pramene, subjekty a obmedzenia osobných práv a slobôd v ústavnom systéme Slovenskej republiky.
