Diplomová práce seznamuje s úpadkovým právem v České republice a to především prostřednictvím nového zákona č. 182/2006 Sb. o úpadku a způsobech jeho řešení a srovnává tuto právní normu se zákonem č. 328/1991 Sb. o konkurzu a vyrovnání. This diploma thesis deals with Insolvency Law in the Czech Republic and with different ways of bankruptcy solving mainly via the new Bankruptcy Law no. 182/2006 Sb. It also compares this legal norm to the Bankruptcy and Compensation Law no. 328/1991 Sb.
